Triple A Autobody: A Calgary Family Building More Than Cars

Behind every freshly repaired vehicle is a story that most customers never see.
At Triple A Autobody in Calgary, that story begins more than 7,500 kilometres away in Vienna, Austria, where owner Roland first began learning the autobody trade over two decades ago. Today, that same commitment to craftsmanship is helping build not only one of Calgary’s newest autobody shops—but a family legacy.
Triple A Autobody in Calgary is one of those businesses.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Roland and Faria, Triple A Autobody officially began taking shape in November 2025 before opening its doors to customers in March 2026. Although the shop itself is relatively new, the knowledge, discipline, and technical experience behind it have been developing for more than two decades.
As the team at GarageBros, we had the opportunity to work closely with Roland and Faria while designing and developing the Triple A Autobody website. Our role was to help them build a professional online presence and communicate who they are to prospective customers.
What became clear very quickly was that we were not simply building a website for another autobody shop.
We were helping a family tell its story.
Throughout the website development process, we learned about Roland’s career in Vienna, the family’s move to Canada, their years of work and sacrifice, and their vision for building a company that could eventually involve the next generation.
We also had the opportunity to see how Roland and Faria approach their work, their customers, and their family. They are hardworking, sincere, and deeply invested in doing things properly. Their business is not built around rushing vehicles through the shop or chasing the highest possible repair volume.
Triple A Autobody is being built around quality, technical knowledge, family involvement, and a reputation that the owners intend to protect for years to come.
A Career That Began in Vienna
Roland’s journey in the autobody industry began in Vienna, Austria.
Long before Triple A Autobody opened in Calgary, Roland completed his automotive schooling and apprenticeship in Vienna. This gave him a formal technical foundation in autobody repair, refinishing, collision work, and the processes required to restore damaged vehicles properly.
Over more than 20 years, he continued developing his trade in both Austria and Canada.
His experience in Vienna included working for the City of Vienna, where he repaired and maintained municipal and government vehicles. This was not an environment where quality could be treated casually. Working on public and government-operated vehicles required accountability, consistency, technical competence, and a strong understanding of proper repair procedures.
That experience helped shape the standards Roland continues to carry into his work today.
A vehicle entering an autobody shop may appear to have a straightforward dent, damaged panel, or paint issue. However, proper repairs often require far more than simply replacing a visible component.
An experienced autobody professional needs to understand how damage may have travelled through the vehicle, how different materials react during a collision, how body panels align, how paint should be prepared and blended, and how every stage of the repair affects the finished result.
This is where Roland’s background becomes one of Triple A Autobody’s strongest advantages.
His knowledge goes beyond basic removal, replacement, and refinishing. It is rooted in formal training, years of practical experience, and work performed in two different automotive markets.
Building a New Life in Canada
In 2013, Roland and his family moved from Vienna to Canada.
Relocating to a new country is never a small undertaking. It means adapting to a different culture, learning new systems, building new relationships, and often rebuilding a professional reputation from the beginning.
Roland continued his autobody career after arriving in Canada, adding Canadian industry experience to the training and knowledge he had already developed in Austria.
Over time, the idea of creating a family business began to take shape.
For Roland and Faria, opening their own shop was not simply about becoming business owners. It was an opportunity to create an environment that reflected their personal values.
They wanted to build a company where quality mattered more than volume, where customers were treated with respect, and where the family could work together toward something meaningful.
In November 2025, that plan became a real business.
Several months later, in March 2026, Triple A Autobody officially opened its doors in Calgary.
The Family Behind Triple A Autobody
Triple A Autobody is not a business that simply uses the phrase “family-owned” as a marketing line.
The family is genuinely present and involved.
Roland and Faria are raising four children: Aryan, Arina, Arwin, and Ayaan. Their family is an important part of the shop’s identity and its long-term vision.
The business represents more than Roland and Faria’s current work. It represents something they hope to build for their children and potentially carry into future generations.
Their oldest son, Aryan, has already started learning different parts of the company.
Under the guidance of both Roland and Faria, he is being introduced to the management and operational side of the business. At the same time, he is beginning to learn introductory areas of the automotive trade, including paintless dent repair, windshield work, and other practical services.
This approach gives Aryan exposure to both sides of the company.
A successful automotive business requires strong technical work, but it also requires organization, communication, customer service, scheduling, financial discipline, and an understanding of how to manage people and projects.
By learning directly from his parents, Aryan is gaining an education that cannot be replicated in a classroom alone.
He is seeing the decisions, responsibilities, and pressures involved in building a business from the ground up.
He is also seeing the standards his parents expect every time a customer trusts Triple A Autobody with a vehicle.
The Fear Behind the First Customer
For many new business owners, the most frightening stage is the financial investment.
It may be signing a lease, purchasing equipment, hiring employees, or taking on the overhead required to open the doors.
For Roland and Faria, one of the most intimidating moments was serving their first customer.
This fear did not come from a lack of ability.
Roland already had more than 20 years of experience in the trade. The concern came from how seriously they took quality control and customer satisfaction.
When the first vehicle arrived, the business was no longer an idea, a plan, or a shop under construction. A real customer had placed trust in them.
That meant the finished work would represent the Triple A Autobody name.
For owners who care deeply about their reputation, the first customer carries a unique amount of pressure. Every process is new within the business. Every decision feels significant. The owners want to ensure that the customer feels confident, informed, and satisfied.
Fortunately, the first repair did more than meet expectations.
The customer was extremely happy with the work and later returned as a repeat customer.
That experience gave Roland and Faria an early confirmation that the standards they had established were working.
It also reflected an important principle in automotive service: a satisfied customer may remember a good repair, but a repeat customer demonstrates genuine trust.
A Quality-First Autobody Shop
There is an important distinction between a traditional production-focused shop and the business model Triple A Autobody is creating.
Large production shops are often structured around volume.
Their systems are designed to move as many vehicles as possible through the repair process. Efficiency can be valuable, but when speed and volume become the primary objectives, the customer experience and attention to detail can suffer.
Triple A Autobody is not trying to operate as a high-volume production shop.
Roland and Faria are intentionally building a quality-over-quantity business.
That means each vehicle receives the time, attention, and technical consideration required to complete the work properly. The objective is not simply to move the vehicle out of the shop as quickly as possible.
The objective is to deliver a finished repair that reflects the standards of the owners.
Roland’s technical background gives Triple A Autobody a deeper level of experience across its services. Customers are not dealing with a business focused only on removing damaged parts, installing replacements, and moving to the next repair.
They are working with people who understand the full process.
That includes assessing damage, preparing surfaces, matching finishes, correcting paint, restoring panels, replacing glass, and maintaining proper quality control throughout the job.
For Triple A Autobody, craftsmanship is not an optional upgrade.
It is the foundation of the business.
Services Built Around Experience
Triple A Autobody provides a growing range of collision, cosmetic, glass, and vehicle repair services in Calgary.
Its core services include autobody and collision repair.
Collision damage can range from minor cosmetic issues to more significant damage involving several panels and structural areas of the vehicle. Proper collision work requires a careful assessment of both the visible and less obvious effects of the impact.
The shop also provides paintless dent repair, commonly known as PDR.
Paintless dent repair is a specialized technique used to restore certain dents without repainting the affected panel. When performed correctly, PDR can preserve the original paint finish while improving the appearance of the vehicle.
This is a service that rewards patience, precision, and experience.
Windshield services are another important part of the company’s offering. Damaged glass can quickly become a safety concern, and proper replacement requires attention to preparation, installation, sealing, and fitment.
Triple A Autobody also offers paint correction.
Over time, a vehicle’s paint can develop swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections. Paint correction is the process of carefully improving the finish and restoring clarity and depth to the paint.
For vehicles requiring more extensive cosmetic work, Triple A Autobody also performs repaints and refinishing services.
These services may include individual panels, damaged areas, or larger sections of the vehicle depending on the customer’s needs.
The company has also expanded its capabilities by offering mobile mechanical services. This allows Triple A Autobody to serve customers beyond the walls of the collision shop and provide more convenient support for certain vehicle needs.
As the business develops, its service offering is expected to continue growing.
However, Roland and Faria’s priority remains consistent: they want every service offered under the Triple A Autobody name to meet the same quality standards.

More Than a New Website
GarageBros was brought in to design and develop the Triple A Autobody website.
The goal was to create more than a basic online listing.
Triple A Autobody needed a website that reflected the quality of the business, communicated its services clearly, and introduced prospective customers to the people behind the company.
A website is often the first meaningful interaction a customer has with a local business.
Before someone calls, requests a quote, or visits a shop, they often search online. They want to understand what the company does, where it is located, and whether it appears trustworthy.
For a new business, this creates both an opportunity and a challenge.
Triple A Autobody already had the experience, values, and technical ability. Our job was to help bring those qualities forward online.
Throughout the development process, we worked closely with Roland and Faria to better understand their history, their services, and the message they wanted customers to receive.
We built a website designed to look professional, modern, and credible while still feeling personal.
The finished site showcases their capabilities, helps customers understand their services, and provides a stronger foundation for the company’s future marketing.
However, the most rewarding part of the project was not simply the final website.
It was getting to know the family behind it.
Working With Roland and Faria
Website development projects provide a unique view into a business.
To represent a company properly, we need to understand how the owners think, what they value, and how they want customers to feel.
During our work with Triple A Autobody, Roland and Faria were involved, thoughtful, and committed to getting the details right.
They care about how their company is represented because they care about the company itself.
They are not trying to create an image that is disconnected from reality. The family-focused and quality-driven message on their website reflects how they actually operate.
From our experience working with them, Roland and Faria are people who take pride in their work and their responsibilities.
They are dedicated workers, committed parents, and strong family leaders.
They understand that building a business requires more than technical skill. It requires patience, sacrifice, communication, and the willingness to continue working through uncertainty.
We have nothing but high praise for them, both as business owners and as people.
They are exactly the type of local entrepreneurs GarageBros enjoys working with: knowledgeable, ambitious, authentic, and committed to creating something valuable.
Why Choose Triple A Autobody?
Calgary customers have many options when choosing an autobody repair company.
What makes Triple A Autobody different is not a single service or piece of equipment.
It is the combination of deep technical experience, direct owner involvement, and a quality-first business model.
Roland brings more than 20 years of autobody experience from Vienna and Canada. His career includes formal schooling, apprenticeship training, municipal vehicle work, government vehicle experience, and years of hands-on repairs.
This gives the business a technical foundation that extends far beyond standard remove-and-replace repair work.
Customers also benefit from dealing with a family-owned business where the owners are personally invested in the finished result.
For Roland and Faria, every repair affects the reputation they are building for themselves and their family.
That creates a different level of accountability.
Triple A Autobody is not focused on becoming the busiest shop by pushing the highest number of vehicles through the doors. The company is focused on becoming known for the quality of its work and the way it treats its customers.
That difference matters.
A vehicle is often one of the most valuable assets a family owns. When it has been damaged, customers want more than a quick transaction. They want honest guidance, clear communication, and confidence that the work will be handled properly.
Triple A Autobody is building its business around delivering that confidence.
A Long-Term Vision
Although Triple A Autobody is still early in its journey, Roland and Faria are thinking long term.
Their goal is to grow while maintaining the family-owned and family-operated environment that defines the company today.
Over time, they hope to open additional locations and potentially develop Triple A Autobody into a franchise.
Growth can create opportunities, but it can also challenge the identity of a company.
Roland and Faria understand that the values responsible for building the first location must remain present as the business expands.
Quality, reputation, family involvement, and customer satisfaction cannot become secondary priorities.
Their long-term opportunity is significant.
The combination of technical experience, personal service, and a strong family story gives Triple A Autobody a foundation that many new businesses do not have.
The challenge will be maintaining those standards while developing the systems, people, and processes required for expansion.
Based on what we have seen, they are approaching that future with the same care they bring to their repairs.
A Calgary Business Worth Watching
Calgary has always been a city built by hardworking families, tradespeople, and entrepreneurs willing to take a risk on themselves.
Triple A Autobody represents that spirit.
Roland and Faria brought years of knowledge, experience, and family values from Vienna to Canada. They continued building their careers, raised their family, and eventually took the step of opening a business of their own.
Today, their entire immediate family is connected to the shop and its future.
Their oldest son is learning the business. Their children are growing up around parents who are demonstrating what it means to work, lead, and build something from the beginning.
That family environment is not manufactured for marketing purposes.
It is visible in the way they speak about the company, the way they approach their customers, and the standards they place on themselves.
Triple A Autobody may be a new name in Calgary’s automotive industry, but the people behind it are far from inexperienced.
They bring decades of knowledge, a genuine commitment to craftsmanship, and a long-term vision for what the business can become.
At GarageBros, we are proud to have played a role in helping Triple A Autobody establish its online presence and share its story.
We were hired to build a website.
What we discovered was a family and business deserving of recognition.
For Calgary drivers looking for collision repair, paintless dent repair, windshield services, paint correction, repainting, refinishing, or other automotive support, Triple A Autobody offers something increasingly difficult to find: experienced people who genuinely care about the quality of the work and the customers they serve.
They are not trying to become the largest autobody shop overnight.
They are working to become one of the most trusted.
That is a business model worth supporting—and a family story we are proud to share.
